Nice view and nice neighbors. If it were going to be hot in the summer I would want to 50 amp service and water hookups

The spot we stayed in was right by bathroom/showers, so made for a great, easy weekend. Also, the staff was great! We booked for a 3-day weekend, but had to leave for a day, and they were very understanding and helpful in keeping our spot open for us. The West Overlook is a beautiful area to stay at, especially in the fall with all the changing colors.

WE LIKED OUR CAMPING SPOT. PRETTY MUCH NON STOP BARKING DOGS. NEVER SAW A RANGER IN 2 DAYS.

Beautiful campground! Nicely kept grounds and facilities! Spacious camp spots. Great fishing! Enjoyed our time there very much! We will be back again next year!

From Interstate 80 (Iowa City, IA) take Exit 244 towards Dubuque St./North Liberty. Travel north on Dubuque St. for 3 miles and turn right onto West Overlook Rd. NE. Travel on West Overlook Rd. NE for 1.1 miles. At the stop sign take a slight left turn. The entrance to the West Overlook Campground will be located straight ahead.
From Interstate 380 (North Liberty, IA) take Exit 4 towards North Liberty. Travel east on W. Penn St. for 2 miles and turn right onto N Dubuque St. Travel south on N Dubuque St. for 1.9 miles, at the traffic circle, continue straight onto Dubuque St NE. Continue traveling south on Dubuque St. NE for 1.8 miles. Turn left onto West Overlook Rd. NE and travel east for 1.1 miles. At the stop sign take a slight left turn. The entrance to the West Overlook Campground will be located straight ahead.
