Excellent access to water. Nice and quiet. Branch needs trimmed back as you exit and at dump station to avoid ripping roof membrane or scratching side.
Never met caretaker. Did enjoy the lack of cellphone service!!!! Excellent get away from people 👍

The area is nice and clean. Construction on water systems to camp spots. Here during winter, no heat in showers or restrooms. Very quiet this time of year.

The bath house is substandard. The shower doesn’t work properly and there is no light or fan. The entire shower area drips condensation from the ceiling. For a day ain’t a half, the commode only had half a roll of toilet paper. Predictably it ran out completely before it was restocked. Campsites are close together. If you get a loud neighbor(s) or one that leaves outdoor lights on all night, you’re out of luck.
