Sites are nice and taken care of good. Need to trim tree's at the entrance of the dump station, can't get a fifthwheel in there without rubbing the tree.

If you want a nice quiet place to camp. Card Creek is a 10 in my book. Quiet. Clean and full of the sounds of nature. Right along a flowing river. Watch for deer on incoming roads. They dance thru there throughout the days and night. If your a birder it's a paridise of birds. Many maiting Western Tanagers.
Enjoy during the week is best.

Absolutely gorgeous! We kayaked on the River right there at the campground. We didn’t fish but there were several fishermen there. Laura Ingalls Wilder’s Little House on the Prairie is 30 minutes away!

There were several dead trees throughout the park. We had a hanging limb in a tree at our camping spot. When I reported it to the Camp Host he responded that he couldn't do anything about it. He told us that our insurance should cover any damage a tree limb might cause. Not the response we were looking for. I felt that he a least should of come to our camp spot and taken a look at it. The spot across from us had a large limb fall but no one was camping there at the time. We love camping there but the trees are definitely an issue. Also, it would be great if there were more water hydrants. It's a nice camping spot and we enjoy spending time there.
