Beautiful view of the reservoir with level parking and a fire ring with an adjustable grill (and a built in cooking grill we did not use). The water and electrical hook-ups were as expected. We plan to stay here again.

The camping was great, not so much with reserving a campsite. It was easier to go out and get fcfs. No gate attendant sours the situation. We love camping but this year has been a downer

Great place to camp. I wish they wouldn't have went to reservations, but atlest some spots can't be reserved more then 5 days in advance. Gives people a chance to get a spot when not able to book 6 months out. Other then reservations this is a perfect lake.

The new 4 day window for reservations works well for us as it eliminates the uncertainty of finding no vacant spaces on arival.

Cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever experienced at at state park! The Corp facilities are top notch and soooo much better than the state operated parks. Keep up the good work.

Hillsboro Cove is kept trimmed up, weeds taken care of, pleasing restful atmosphere. Quiet surroundings with trees, lake views, grills for cooking, fire rings for great night time fires.
