What Guests Are Saying
Pikes Ridge is highly praised as a clean, well-maintained campground with beautiful views and friendly hosts, making it a favorite for many families over the years. Guests appreciate the spacious shower facilities, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent access to water activities like kayaking and fishing. Some minor concerns include the narrow access road and occasional noise from generators, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Our only complaint was the lack of camp store. There was no where to buy firewood.

The large rocks in the camping spots are ridiculous. You cannot even safely put your carpet on it. My wife turned her ankle walking on the big rocks at the camping spots

Very clean, family friendly. Many waterfront sites. Most definitely our “Go To” place. Park Attendants are great and encourage campers to learn and participate. Kids and adults alike enjoy the scavenger hunts!!

Camp hosts were available and attentive.
A reminder that there are no flush toilets or shower house. But the scenery and access to the water is well worth that minor inconvenience.

We love camping at Pukes ridge. You are close to the water. Can bring boat or Kayak. Has boar dock and fishing dock. Swimming. I would advise to bring what you need it is quite a distance back out to just a gas station with store and little over 17 miles to closest town.
