What Guests Are Saying
Pikes Ridge is highly praised as a clean, well-maintained campground with beautiful views and friendly hosts, making it a favorite for many families over the years. Guests appreciate the spacious shower facilities, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent access to water activities like kayaking and fishing. Some minor concerns include the narrow access road and occasional noise from generators, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Nice campground. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay. I do wish the road back to the campground was wider. If you meet another camper there was no where to go. The road isn’t wide enough for two vehicles and you have to travel this road for several miles to get back to the campground. The road was so twisted and curvy you couldn’t see was was coming around the next bend.

Fire wood sold up the street but is cash only just an FYI. Camped on beach and there were lots of bugs and people partied a lot of the night and everyone is pretty tight. Next time would stay in the forest part but overall good time! Not many accessible restrooms

we absolutely LOVE Pikes Ridge,,,, except they really need to add a Bath House or permanent toilet structure on top of the hill to protect it from flooding. ADD More electric sites.... we always watch for sites 6 months out and we could only get 1 weekend and extend the season. it ends too early.
thank you

All good until last day. Mowers mowed in our site throwing debris all over . My elderly sister was at picnic table and the mower blowing debris towards her got as close to the table as he could. Very dangerous and unacceptable!!

a perfect spot to see stars at night. The road getting to the park is a little narrow. Nice spacious spots with great views of fhe lake.

Great campground. Quiet and well kept. This is awesome if you have a boat with the launch super close. Only "watch out" is the road in is about 8 miles of winding single lane, you have to take it slow and be prepared to quickly pull over. Pretty rough towing in an RV or boat, but doable and worth it.
