Awesome campground! Clean, quiet, with lake access! All the workers we encountered were helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

This was our first time to Holly Bay and we loved it. We loved the large sites and all of the trees for shade. The hosts were very nice. We cannot wait to go back!

Iβve been going to Holly Bay for years. I love the place. This year the shower needed attention but never saw any.

The over all camping trip was awesome! How could it not be when your with family sitting around a campfire and boating! The only thing wrong that was a big disappointment was the total lack of the bathrooms and shower houses! The showers were nasty!!! We camped one week then went home for a week then went back for a 9 days! The same filth was in the showers! And mold/mildew was on the walls! Weβve been camping there for years several times each year and have always filled out the Survey cards with excellent points! However not this year! I really hope that it gets back in the same great shape and care as all the years before if not we will be looking for another campground in the future!

Laurel Lake is magnificent and the campground is nice with many trails leading to the lake. For the most part, the grounds are kept clean and the spots are nice and mostly surrounded by trees for great shade. The bathhouses however...are disgusting. Mold is so thick in the showers that I felt dirtier after I showered than before I went in. Hair is piled up in all of the drains. It is truly disgusting. The bathrooms get checked numerous times a day according to the checklist hanging on the door, but about as far as they clean is making sure the trash is taken out and toilet paper restocked. We were there 5 nights and showered multiple times. The same piles of hair and other trash and dead bugs laid in the corners of the shower stalls all week. I have pictures Iβd love to share with management of interested.
