Nice campground. Not full when we were there, so it was nice. Good bathrooms, good dump station. Sites are paved which was nice.

The entire experience was amazing. The only draw back were the Pay Showers. Bring lots of quarters!

The ranger at check-in was helpful. I appreciated having the picnic table and fire grate (even though I didn't use mine). I was warned online that leveling my truck camper might be challenging, and it was, but that wasn't a surprise. The site was clean. Other campers observed quiet hours. My campsite was in easy walking/biking distance from the Visitors' Center. There was a nighttime viewing party during my stay. The camp store and USPS were close by. Restaurant food was available at the nearby motel complex. The circuitous hiking trail I chose to walk was well-marked and accessible.
