Never camped here before because the sites are not on the lake. What a mistake on our part. We were on site 38, friends on site 39, they both offered paved sites, picnic table, fire ring and lantern pole. Very shady and a feeling of seclusion. We both have 43’ fifth wheels and there was plenty of room for camper and tow vehicle with room to spare.
The camp hostess made her rounds several times throughout the day and the nights were peaceful and quite.
North Fork is definitely worth checking out.

Clean and patrolled often by Sheriffs office, park ranger and staff. The staff member was very kind.

The campground is beautiful and the sites were clean. My only complaint is that most of the restrooms were closed. The one closest to us that was open was a mess. No toilet paper and garbage on floor. My wife said same issue with women’s side.

Used shelter 2 for a birthday party. Was a very nice space and camp ground staff came by several time to make sure trash was picked up.

We camp several different campsites and this is one of our favorite campgrounds. The new campground host has really made the difference this year. She is always active touring the campgrounds. Most hostess just sit in the booth and check in/out. Will BE BACK THIS YEAR!!!
