F20 might be the best spot! There is a little trail that goes down to the lake where you can put in Paddle Boards. Twin Knobs is beautiful. The bath house is to be expected for a camp ground but not too gross. Just don’t forget shower shoes.

I’ve been camping my entire life and this is the second worst campground I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Sites were small, poison ivy EVERYWHERE. They’re insane about the dumbest rules. Make sure your truck is backed in so they can see your tag and make sure you paid for your vehicle. The beach was gross, muddy and crowded. Tried to play a family game of wiffle ball on their field but the grass was so tall. If you’re looking for a good weekend at a campground, don’t go to Twin Knobs. I prefer woods, here you could see the woods, but god forbid you step off the gravel or asphalt and you’ll be eat up with poison ivy kisy like me, and two of my kids.
