We camped at site 1 & had the best time! Site 1 & 2 are basically the same campsite divided by a tree but the space is large enough to keep your distance. Thankfully we ended up with good neighbors during our stay. For tent camping, you can’t beat this site. I’ve already reserved it for our next camping weekend. We tied our boat up on the bank just below our site so when my husband wanted to fish he had easy access. We also brought kayaks & loved how easy it was to get those to the water. We sat up two tents and had plenty of space for ourselves & our 2 dogs. The campground was clean, the view of the water was perfect, the bathrooms & shower house even smelled good. We were less than 10 minutes away from all of the restaurants/ shopping. The campground host was friendly but straightforward. We had no issues with him. We can’t wait to go back in a couple of weeks!

Campsite number 20 had so many cars, trucks, boats and people at their site. They were banging from 5:30 am to morning hours everyday. 10 to 20 people at their campsite at any given time. Ruined the camping experience for anyone near them. Sad because it could be a nice place.

The campground grounds are excellent and clean.
The bath houses are also clean and functional.
The host was very helpfull and kept things in order.
The roads were a little rough but that was being addressed as I left.

What a beautiful, well kept campground. Convenient to shopping but tucked into the trees. Absolutely loved it and we are returning for another adventure in May of 2020.
