Greenbelt Campground offers a great location close to Washington D.C., providing a peaceful, forested setting with well-maintained sites and convenient access to amenities. Many visitors appreciate the clean campsites, hot water in showers, and helpful staff, making it a good choice for camping near the city. Nice campground close to DC! Loop D's outer campsites are very spacious and wooded!

We stay at this campground whenever we are going to concerts in DC. It's close - works out perfectly when we use UBER to get to the venue's. The bathrooms are always clean (and heated!). Great place to stay!

Nice quiet campground. Clean restrooms. Close and easy drive to the Greenbelt Metro. A little closer mileage to the College Park Metro but a l but too far to walk and in a busier area than Greenbelt. Great Ranger available at the office and he also did a Ranger talk on Saturday night - always an added bonus if you like those. Overall a great 5 days!
