Very quiet except for the owl all night lol. #20 campsite was very spacious with a spot right down to the water. It was very clean and well maintained. The walk to the bathroom is pretty far thats the only downside. Would definitely go back.

Perfect spot, flat for tents, lots of animals making noises at night, just make sure you bring a wagon or lots of people to carry your stuff from the parking area to your site!

I had to leave. I got crowded out by a giant party with five enormous tents and at least 16 people, 4 canoes and loud music. There were two other sites like it further down. Camp manager was nowhere to be found. I was just trying to get some biking in and chill in peace. Totally impossible.

We left within 20 minutes of arriving because while every other campsite was silent and dark, ours was next to a group that found headlamp tag, impact dodgeball, and screaming in each others faces entertaining.

The campground was uncrowded during weekdays. The privy is at one end of the campsite perhaps 1/2 mi away from the furthest campsite. The water is treated, but the iodine taste is noticeable. Take your own water if you can.

Quiet at night, during the day plenty of people pass by but never through sites. Toilets are clean. If you pick up the sites nearest to the canal bridge, the walking distance to the car would be minimal. There were no bugs at the end of August. No poison ivy on site but plenty in the bushes. Dark at night - have lantern ready.
