Peaceful Pines Campground

We were headed back from a week camping trip in Maine and needed a place about halfway home to spend a night or two. Booked this campground as it was right in the middle. I have never showed up to a campground and had the manager personally show us to our spot, help us back in and gave us the option to move to a spot on the pond. As some have mentioned some of the electric hookups are towards the front of the spot which was no big deal as they gladly gave us an extension cord and was a none issue. The pool was clean and the kids had a blast, the playground was updated and safe. Most campers seemed to be seasonal and were very friendly. Pond had good fishing with worms for small fish for the kids which was great! All in all super happy we stayed here and if we’re ever planning a trip to the area or through it we would absolutely stay here again. The manager even reached out after our stay to make sure our stay was OK. If you’re looking for a quiet clean campground that’s ran by caring people look no further.

We stayed at Peaceful Pines for a family weekend and really enjoyed how balanced everything felt. The kids had plenty to do with the playground and open areas, while we were still able to relax at our site without noise or stress. The campground was clean and well organized, and it was easy to get settled in quickly. It’s a nice mix of activity and calm, which made the whole stay very enjoyable.

This will be our second season here and we absolutely love it! It is the most family oriented, kid, and dog friendly place I have ever been! My kids hardly want to be inside playing and have made so many friends here! We always look forward to the events held from kids bingo and crafts to the live music and bon fires (which are huge)! I definitely recommend staying here even if it’s just for a few days!

Unforgettable experience. The combination of clean, modern facilities and family-friendly events made this stay truly special. We’ll definitely be returning next season
