Severe hoards of bees attacking our guests and infesting our food. Dumped out 60%of our deserts cause of this issue. Otherwise a perfect setting for the gathering we had maybe better in the fall when it’s not peak season for bees?

We had a great birthday bash at the pavilion! Guests enjoyed walking over to the water, and using the picnic tables and grills provided. We brought plenty of water, as there was none available, and hardly even used it. The sanitizing hand wipes that I brought with me came in handy while grilling. We stayed until almost sunset, and did our best to leave it better than we found it. Guests did complain about the toilets being a bit shitty (pun intended). Overall it was very worth the $40 for the whole day!

Tully Lake is located in north central Massachusetts, about 1.5 hours west of Boston. In Massachusetts, take exit 17 on Route 2, and follow Route 32 north approximately 6 miles through Athol and into Royalston. From New Hampshire, follow Route 32 south about 8 miles from the intersection of Route 119 in Richmond. Route 32 goes over Tully Dam and provides direct access to the lake.
Tully Lake Recreation Area is accessible from Route 2 via exit 17, and Route 32 provides direct access to the area.
