Peaceful Pines Family Campground

Holiday weekend... our first campground was something out of a horror movie. We called Peaceful Pines... they found us a spot, waited for us to arrive and got us checked in with ease. They were so accommodating and friendly. We had plans for the area so we didn't get to take in all their activities but looked over their calendar and it was jam packed with fun.
Our site was in a new area and was level, easy to maneuver and just what we needed. The Staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay after our traumatic experience.
They do have a lot of seasonal campers so be sure to make reservations early.
We plan on making them a regular getaway!

My family had a wonderful time at peaceful pines! People were friendly and welcoming, like it's own little community. Managers were very helpful and responsive. Grounds were well kept and felt very safe.

Nestled in the woods of Templeton exists a place so cozy and inviting its no wonder the place is usually booked solid. The team there is top notch. Ive stayed in hotels,motels and resorts that are no where close to how secure you'll feel there. Cheerful folks, smiles and plenty of "get away from it all" are just some of the pleasantries you'll find at Peaceful Pines. The community atmosphere is second to none. Dont do yourself the disservice of not booking a stay at Peaceful Pines if the opportunity arises. Happy camping!

Great one-night stay at Peaceful Pines. I am especially thankful for Billy and Tammy, who were incredibly patient and generous with their time, as they helped me, an inexperienced RV user, get hooked up! 10/10 would definitely stay there again. Friendly neighbors and people who have been coming for 10+ years!

I have been a camper for 20 years . My children grew up here and are still coming as adults. This has been home for us and we made a lot of friends along the way. Peaceful pines is a great family campground. We have children and adult activities , bands at least once a month as well as dj dances with fun games. We stopped camping as of last year and have become mangers on the property along with the new owners who are a bunch of great guys. We were a little nervous embarking on this new adventure, we had a little rough of a first year . I believe it’s just going to get better from here . My granddaughter calls this home and she loves being here. I take a walk every morning or sometimes at night and it’s so peaceful and relaxing . The campers are friendly and we have so many new faces . I am proud to be a former camper and to call peaceful pines campground my home. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else . We also had a Corn hole tournament with lamb city campground this year it was a great event. Christmas in July, halloween , 80’s dance party and a chicken bbq by bellar bbq . I am excited for what next season brings. We also love our dogs, our dog is a golden retriever named cooper who loves everyone. Peaceful pines is a great place to camp to meet new people and have a great family experience.
