A great place to stay if you like hiking and fishing. Their is more lakes and ponds than you could fish in a lifetime.

The trees in the camping area are beautiful. It was a little difficult to actually get down to the water with all the brush and cattails growing along the edge of the bay. You can hear trains and boats blowing their horns all night long. The vault toilets were very clean and were kept well stocked and deodorized during our entire visit. The trails were fun to walk and we heard all sorts of birds we hadn't encountered before, including an owl right over our tent during the night! The little grocery store down the road from the campground was closed. Come prepared - food and snacks are a few miles away...

Little Bay De Noc has a relaxed, comfortable feel. It has spacious, well maintained rustic campsite sites with mature trees offering privacy between sites. Parking fairly east with room to maneuver, some sites have concrete pads. Camp ground Hosts are friendly, helpful with a wealth of local information of things to see and do. There is firewood available at host site. Suggest filling your water tanks before arrival as water access is only from artesian well in the Twin Springs Loop. The privative bathrooms are very clean, checked several time per day. No sanitary dump facilities.

We try to be considerate when using our generator but there was a camp site that was using theirs almost 24/7. We go for peace and quiet not to listen to that. We love the campground otherwise, we have been coming every year for 5 years. Will be back because one bad year doesn't stop us from loving it but that was awful. The hosts were made aware of it.

Lovely park tucked in a pine Forrest on Lake Michigan. Unfortunately it rained the entire time I was there so I'll need to go back. Sites were spacious, level and clean.

Vault toilets were very clean with no odor, very well maintained. Great lake views. Definitely recommend hiking or driving to see the lighthouse at Peninsula Point.
