The campsites were well spread apart from one another and offered very spacious sites to set up at. The lake offered many options for recreation and a relaxing view of the sunset. Overall, the campground was one of our favorites we have stayed at in the U.P.

We had such a nice time at Pete’s Lake in early June. There were only 5 other campers there so it was very quiet. The campsites are spaced far apart so even at a busier time the neighbors would be a bit away. We kayaked the lake and enjoyed the emerald green to aqua water and even caught a nice pike from the fishing pier. We discovered the park last year while scouting out new campgrounds so this was our first time staying there. It is by far our favorite. No electric is not an issue for us, but having a dump station with water would have been nice. We dumped at Bay Furnace campground because our next stop was Minnesota and it was in the way.

We've camped at Pete's Lake for years & have always enjoyed it. The restrooms are some of the best for cleanliness. We enjoyed fishing, biking & swimming. The hosts were very accommodating & helpful. We'll be back next year.
