Our family really loves his campground. It is the top destination for us to camp at each year. The extremely large Lakefront sites are amazing. We are unconcerned that there are no showers or electricity. We do appreciate the bathrooms with flush toilets. I know this particular campground recently had a change in its contract/management. There are new Camp hosts. They were very nice and we had to deal with them several times over small matters and found them to be very accommodating and friendly. We do miss the sale of firewood and particularly ice at the facility. We did think the bathrooms could have been cleaned more frequently. Nonetheless, this is absolutely the finest campground in Michigan as far as our family is concerned. A true gem in Michigan!

A great campsite, beautiful views of the water, clean campgrounds and clean facilities. We took a day trip to Mackinac Island via the ferry in St. Ignace and then spent our second day on the shores of Lake Michigan just pulled off from US-2. Great location and easy to get around!

Just beautiful! Would definitely return to this area if it wasn't so terribly far away from TN. Spacious campsites. Beautiful beaches. Convenient to Mackinaw. My favorite rec.gov campsite and area in our entire North Woods trip.
