Site number #7 at Lake Fenske is one of the best in Minnesota. Sitting atop a large Boulder over looking the lake, it just does not get much better. I would of rated it a 5 but the weekend we were there the black flies were pretty tough. Great paddling lake and excellent relaxing destination.

The camp hosts were fantastic! The facilities kept very clean. The campsite had a few issues with the timber steps. Could be a hazard.

Quiet, secluded sites. As far as I could tell no flushing toilets or running water so it's more of a rustic campground so just be prepared for that. Plenty of hikes around for different experience levels. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here!

From Ely, Minnesota, travel east on State Highway 169 North (toward Winton) for about 1 mile. Turn left onto County Road 88 and travel about 2 miles. Turn right onto Echo Trail and continue about 7 miles to the campground entrance on the right.
