Very quiet and peaceful. Was small but had a playground for our kids and some hiking so we were very happy. Only complaint was it was by the highway so was a little noisy at times but otherwise great experience!

Pokegama is a very nice spot to camp for a visit. At times it's noisy enough to inhibit conversation outside, but the sites are nice and the shade trees are awesome. Access to the river is very easy, and it's a short (2.5 mi) ride across the dam to Tioga MTB park. Bathrooms were clean, and everything worked. We'll stay there again.
