Always love camping at this campground, quiet and not so busy. Love watching the River and looking for animal’s and fish jumping! We camp here at least once a year!

Small COE campgrounds, Electric only - has dump station and potable water with circle drive to pull around. Have a 37 ft 5th wheel and out of the 18 sites, we only saw a handful that would accommodate our size or bigger rigs. The sites backing up to the river had drop off's that would be hard to put down levels or jacks. All sites can see the river and most can see the dam, had a fish cleaning station. Stayed one night, but would definately stay again. Next to train tracks, hear one train go by, but did not bother us.

Small, clean campground. Level sites. Our site overlooked the Mississippi River. Loved it. Nice fishing piers. A short walk to some walking trails. Lots of birds in the woods! Quite a bit of road noise from the highway and train tracks that are close by. The 'office' clearly had people working but it was locked up every time we went to visit. They had a bunch of literature we could see through the door about the area that we would have liked to look at but the door was always locked.
