Site 8 was quite difficult to back into. Once situated in the site it was fine.

Pokegama Dam Campground is one of the nicest campgrounds you can find. It's close to town and just far enough away to get that nice cozy feeling of slightly being isolated.
The grounds are meticulous in how clean and maintained they are. The bath house is great, the spaces are nicely sized and it's a great place overall! The hiking trails are fun and the Dam is cool too! This is our go to spot when were staying in Grand Rapids!

All facilities clean and in good repair. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Once you get used to the road noise it is a very nice place to camp. We will return.
