Cabins are great rustic cabins. Plenty of space inside. Heated. Only stove, fridge, and coffee maker appliances. No microwave if this is important to you but not necessary for our experience. Firewood sold onsite. Fire pit, chairs, picnic table, and charcoal grill. Beds are comfy. One oddity is we didn’t have any pillows on the beds and didn’t find them when looking around. I’d definitely recommend this place.

There are plenty of spots on the north shore for camping, so save your time and skip this one. Because it's literally 100% unavailable every year.
I tried to book a lakeside camping spot for the second YEAR in a row, but I was denied both times. I was informed that they are always 100% booked by people who stayed the year before. Current customers get to book more more than half a year before the general public, so unless your parents have a spot here that they are going to will to you, you're out of luck. Keep looking!
The cherry on top is that the person you will speak with on the phone is very rude and dismissive. You won't enjoy a vacation here, so just keep looking!

Beautiful campground. I absolutely 10/10 recommend this place. Nice showers and bathrooms, and the lake access is beautiful. I'll be back!

We had a very nice time at lambs. Check-in was easy, the two gals out front were extremely funny. We were there three days ago on our trip up to see the tall ships in Duluth, and very few mosquitoes, and as always the breeze coming off lake superior was very nice for sleeping. 10 o’clock give or take the campground went completely silent, which was awesome. Bathrooms and showers very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach, just a couple miles to some really good restaurants. Overall had a very nice time, thank you.

My husband, dog, and I camped here in our pop-up camper for one night. We’re typically state park campers as private campgrounds tend to be less our style and more of a parking lot but Lamb’s Resort is not at all like that. The sites were private and wooded. The lake trail was a nice walk, you can also walk to the bakery which was neat! The woman who helped me over the phone and in-person at check-in was very friendly and accommodating! The bathrooms were a bit messy but the showers were clean. My only real complaint is that quiet hours weren’t enforced, as we listened to a group of men rows away until THREE IN THE MORNING. If we come back to the north shore in the future, we would definitely stay here again and would still recommend it to others.
