The sunsets are beautiful over the lake. I was surprised that most if not all of the site now have a sewer hookup. I did need an extra long sewer pipe to reach it but it was a great plus. I will be back

1st time visiting this park, new sewer hookups, bring an extra link of hose, the connection is closer to the road instead of the back side of the site where most rv sewer connections are. It’s a beautiful park, but, beware where you step. Putting down stabilizers, turned around and a cotton mouth had his mouth open ready to strike me. Called the park number to see if they could send a ranger, but said that no ranger was scheduled to come through. You are on your own, so be careful. After calming down, had a wonderful weekend.

We stayed is site 02. It needs some work. It was a fairly level spot for the camper but has you stepped out of the camper it was a huge hill going down. It was hard just to walk down on it was so strap. The picnic table was down on the bottom of the hill.

Site was level, hookups were well thought out. grass was a little tall but OK. We found our way to our site by fair signage but could have used a map.

Ants, Ants and more Ants!!!
We were in a site by the water for one night and the next morning there were ants all over our trailer.
They got in around our entry door and stairs, slide seals and crawled up the power cable and water hose.
It took us over a week to get them all killed and took hours removing items so we could kill them and spray for those we couldn't see.
If you stay here (we won't again) spray everything that touches the ground on your RV and truck.
