Bathroom and shower facilities were good, but could use some attention on the doors. Trails are not market well at all but the quiet and openness is nice.

We absolutely loved our time here. We spent a month here, and the area was absolutely peaceful and beautiful. Lot 21 will make you feel safe and you can watch the traffic go by all day. Unfortunately, we will not be back because our RV caught on fire and was gone in 7 minutes. Once we get another camper we will absolutely be back for another adventure!

Sites are not level. When you step outside your RV, it is downhill. Campsites have not been cleaned. Fire rings full of trash. No park hosts seen in campground.

Quiet spot on the water. Even though the lake was socked in with fog in the morning, the birds were active and a morning delight.

To us the biggest plus was how friendly the staff was. A smile and friendly words go a long especially for newbie campers, like us, who are unsure of just about everything. We also observed the grounds to be in nice condition. All in all a very welcoming experience.

The campground is VERY WELL HIDDEN!! The directions on recreation.gov are (sort of) ok but I arrived just after dusk and it was difficult to find the campground especially with the closure of a couple of the roads. Luckily, my site was just across from the washroom and the site number was quite obvious.

The lot was ok. Couldn't ever use the men's shower because the heat was never on. Had to go to the truck stop every couple days to shower. A waste of money to rent lots without shower's. When I asked if they could turn heat on, I was told they'd have to ask supervisor. Even then the heat wasn't turned on.

When I arrived there was someone occupying the site I reserved. I had to drive to the office in order to contact the ranger who directed me to another occupied site. I finally found a free one however this park does not appeared to be regulated .

We only spent a couple of nights at the campground on our trip cross country. It was very remote and quiet. Just what we were looking for.
