Very quiet campground with clean facilities .
Close enough to but also far away enough from the city lights .

My husband and I came here to camp. We had a wonderful spot! We were able to have fantastic views and seemed secluded. We had electricity and sewer hookups too. It was a great spot to camp to go to Memphis for the day. There are great playgrounds and hiking trails in the area too. The bathhouse seemed older but the water pressure was good and there was hot water. You need to take your own soap to the bathroom to wash your hands.

Sanitary pump lift station at our site wasn’t working properly.
Also seems like people are living at the campground for more permanent residence

This campground is under restoration and that made getting here challenging.
The detour brings you in from a different direction, which made it impossible to tell in the dark which campground was which. We ended up in the other loop because the Dub sign is angled away from current traffic patterns.
This campground was still great except for more mosquitos than I’ve ever seen in my life.
The sewer needs to be seated in the ground so it’s not uphill from release on the Rv/trailer
Also this is a REALLY tight loop so even if your Rv or trailer fits the allowed length for the site, the numbering is illogical and the turnabouts are way too tight for even a 28’ trailer.

Slope of the pad was near impossible to level our class a motorhome and there was next to zero verizone cell coverage...had to drive about 5 miles to be able to get a message out.

Beautiful campground - didn't realize there was no water in the lake!!
Sites were nice. Bathrooms were so so - all toilets leaking - the floor was really wet.
We were there for just one night so no big deal.

The location was very nice, but a site that was advertised as available for tent camping didn’t have much of a spot to set up. We figured it out and enjoyed our night there, though!
