Bucksaw is a clean campground with 3 loops. Nice laundry rooms and bathrooms. It's a few miles from 7 hwy, down into a peninsula. Most every site has some kind of view of the lake. There is a huge swimming beach area in B loop. We stayed in B loop and then A loop. Loved it there!

We had site A13. It is a FHU site. Fair amount of shade but be aware that you might get some tree-sap on your vehicle/camper/RV.
This is another beautiful camp site. Grass was mowed whilst we were there so it looked nice. Have not used the shower house so I cannot comment on the cleanliness.
Fishing from shore was not to great but got a few catfish.

Well maintained campground with roomy sites and views of the lake. We camped in site B40 which had a long level gravel pad, a large tree that provided a little shade, nice lake views, and water & electric. There was a dump station on the way out. Although check in was 6 pm, we got there several hours earlier and our site was vacant and ready for us. There was no one at the gate that day so we just drove on in. We camped at Bucksaw Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

The campground was great! We loved having full hook ups. We weren’t a fan of the swimming area though. The water was pretty dirty.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

- Drain all water from equipment and discard live bait before leaving the park to prevent the spread of zebra mussels.
Fires & fuel
- Buy firewood locally and burn it on-site to protect forests from pests.
