Nice sites by the water but they could use some maintenance - retaining walls and railings are getting rough.
Bathroom/shower house needs work - sinks don't work well, floor is so dirty it is all brown, no hot water in the showers.
Overall, the campground is fine and met basics but could be better.

Campground was very clean and orderly. Bathrooms were clean also. Weather was very windy and fishing was impossible with all the moss in the Lake

We love to camp here. We have family nearby that we get to visit with, but even if we didn't have family nearby I think we would still stay here. The sites are very spacious and graveled. The price is very reasonable.
Our most recent stay was on the lower level. We were just steps away from the water. The kids enjoyed being able to go fishing so close by. The wooden railings are a nice touch to make you feel a little more privacy. The only drawback is the bathrooms are quite far away. I would suggest using a camper that has its own bathroom. Water and electric was included in the price.
The view is absolutely the best feature there. Seeing the sun set or rise over the water is breath taking.
