We arrived after dark. Our site had steps down to the picnic table area. It was hard to navigate in the dark with low light. It is also right next to the entry / exit road for this loop. There is a bit of foot traffic to the rest room. The campsite next to this one had a tent that was very close to our site. The campers were quiet enough, but if they were not, it would be difficult to sleep!
The showers/ restroom was fine, but there are no soap dispensers at the sink. That needs to change with today's emphasis on health, this campground needs to do better!

I got to admit, to be my first time camping it was an excellent experience. We stayed the two required weekend days but next time it’ll be a couple more days. The atmosphere was great, we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet evenings. I’m very happy to have such a wonderful place less than an hour away from home.

Very nice place and clean! Beautiful views. Only issue we saw was there is no water spigot to flush your black tank at dump station. There is a spigot that says “drinking water only” a few yards away….but who puts a drinking water spigot that close to a black tank dump station? LOL!

We loved staying at Campbell Point campground. The whole place was very well maintained and clean. The camp host was very friendly and relaxed but clearly cared a lot about keeping the grounds free of trash and the bathrooms well stocked and clean. Our large family tent camped on site 51. There was a slight slope to pretty much all of the sites but it wasn't a big deal.
There was a nice playground and beach, swim area that the kids loved to visit though it was too cool to swim. The marina store was very nice and well stocked, though pricey.
The vibe was a lot of older folks and families so it was very relaxed and pretty quiet overall. Though the actual sites were fairly close together the tree coverage helped make it feel a little bit more private.
We are already planning our return trip.
