What Guests Are Saying
Campbell Point is praised for its cleanliness, beautiful views, and well-maintained facilities, including restrooms and showers. Many guests enjoyed the friendly park staff and the peaceful environment, making it a relaxing getaway. Campbell Point is a nice campground in a beautiful area. Campsites are clean and well maintained, as are the bath houses. Two negatives: 1) I never saw a gatehouse attendant during my 3 night stay. The booth was closed each time I drove or walked by it, so I never received a card to display at my site. 2) There was some sort of noisy construction next to our campsite, and the sawing, hammering and drilling began at 7 each morning. (Fortunately I'm an early riser.)
Overall, a good visit.

The boat ramp is probably the worst about Campbell point. You have to literally back your whole truck into the water to unload and load the boat. If you are doing it by yourself get ready to get very wet and hopefully water isn't cold.

The sites were spacious and varied as far as terrain and foliage. Very nice staff at the kiosk. Sanitary blocks very clean and the shower water nice and hot! Two things we would rec'd to you: install dishwashing stations around the camp. Have recycling bins around the park. THX
