One of our favorite campgrounds. Loved the asphalt large level pad and the big spaces between sites.

I arrived early and snagged a FCFS spot for a few days until my reserved spot was available.
Both sites were excellent. The bathrooms were beautiful. The camp hosts were great and very helpful. This was my first experience camping in a national forest. I felt really safe and enjoyed my stay immensely.

Very nice, our campsite was well separated from the others nearby so it was nice to not feel crowded. Bathrooms are very nice and clean. Though I didn’t use it, there was wifi hotspots available to purchase for a decent price if you need it which is a nice touch. I use Sprint and my friend uses Verison and we both had good service which was a change from other campsites on our trip that were so far in the middle of nowhere you had mo chance of service. The Frontier Bar nearby has every service a camper could want. Highly recommend!

It's actually hard to believe that this is a national Forest CG. Everything is paved. Restrooms are lit, have running water, and a working power outlet at the sink with a mirror. It was easy to get in and out of, quiet, in spite of its proximity to the highway, and was just a great experience and we look forward to returning.
