Only half full campground was nice and private, roomy, quiet. Nice biking on roads and trail. Good walking trail. Nice areas to kayak. Enjoyed the visitor center and fish hatchery.

Very spacious sites. I really like the 3+ mile paved walkway around the perimeter of the campground going by water. And the interpretive center is excellent, and within walking distance of the campground.

Campground host greeted us after dark at the kiosk and escorted us to our site. Could not have been more helpful.
Only complaint might be the institutional shower nozzles that are painful if pointed in the wrong direction!

The Interpretive Center was very well done and the woman from the Corps of Engineers was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the disc golf course just recently added.

We found the park well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the bike riding options in the area. The interpretive center was very close to the campground and the historical information available there was very interesting. Definitely plan to visit again.

Campground was wonderful. So clean and well cared for. Met some interesting people in other sites but appreciated having plenty of space and privacy. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Wonderful campground, as it is lush, with green grass and lots of trees! Bigger than usual sites and the price is astounding!!
