A wonderful, quiet, small site. It was nice to come back and relax after a busy day at Glacier National Park. About 20 minutes from the nearest town (ice, huckleberry pie and laundry), Hungry Horse. I never used the toilets, but didn't smell anything walking by either!

Wonderful site, quite, close to the river. Place out of your dreams.

Would have been better if I didn't have to listen to my neighbors portable generator literally all day for the two days I was there. Incredibly rude. Nice campground though.

Cleanliness of the pit toilet far exceeded expectations. The campsite is small but clean. Deer hang out frequently. Easy to find. No problem to access with our Chrysler Pacifica PHEV. Some mosquitoes bring close to the lake. It wasn't a problem but I would recommend bringing repellent or long sleeves just in case.

As others have noted, this is not particularly tent-friendly unless you are okay pitching on gravel. Besides that, a nice, quiet campground with easy access to Glacier NP.
