This a nice nice campground with nice private, clean sites. Some sites tend to be a bit small in tight for larger RV units to adequately fit into. Most sites are close to the adjacent lake with a good area to park a boat. However, there was some issue during our 8 day stay with a number of the walk up sites being tied up with RVs and camp equipment occupying sites with no people staying at the sites. Making it almost impossible for short term, overnight travelers to have a chance to spend a night or two. And this issue was largely overlooked by the campground hosts.

Camp hosts warned about recent camp thefts (girls lawn chair) and sure enough all my firewood was stolen after the first night, even unchopped logs from nearby felled trees scattered around the perimeter of my campsite. Luckily camp hosts have a big wood pile underneath a tarp, a log splitter, and proper wrapped/labeled gas station style wood bundles for sale
