What Guests Are Saying

Emery Bay Campground offers a beautiful location with great lake access, friendly and professional camp hosts, and well-maintained facilities including clean bathrooms. While the campground is peaceful and ideal for kayaking or paddleboarding, access involves a rough, unpaved road that can be challenging for some vehicles. Overall, visitors appreciate the serene environment, cleanliness, and the proximity to Glacier National Park, making it a popular choice despite minor inconveniences.

Love this campground, the boat dock, the beach, it's all there! The camp hosts were great, friendly and professional. I found a mulberry bush in the campsite. On the down side, theres about 3 miles of dirt road that is extremely bad with washboards. drive very slow through there especially campers. I think it's part of old hwy 2.

This was a wonderful campground. Very beautiful with the lake access and peaceful at times. Only thing is that the lake gets very loud during the day as its public access and lots of boaters, so it can get loud if your campsite is by the water. But still an awesome spot and the hosts are very friendly.

The campground is nice but the several mile unpaved road leading to it was incredibly full of potholes and super dusty. Unbeknownst to us the dust covered the solar panels on out trailer leading to our batteries completely draining. We will not return to Emery Bay.

The road is a landmine of potholes. The NFS has forgotten about maintaining it. The campground is good. Locals like to use it and can become noisy.
