What Guests Are Saying
Kings Hill Cabin offers a cozy and comfortable stay in a beautiful setting, with great access to over 200 miles of snowmobile trails and nearby hiking options. Guests appreciated the chopped wood provided and the cabin's electricity for heating. However, some maintenance issues were noted, including a smoky wood stove and loose fixtures, along with occasional noise from the highway and wildlife.

There is no sign for the cabin so it took us a long time to find it in the dark. There were rat traps and an entry in the guest book indicating someone had seen a rat weeks before our visit. We were awoken by the rat gnawing on a log wedged into a hole between the kitchen and bedroom and dragging one of the traps! He kept us up all night and we decided to leave the next day. A bummer because it's a great spot otherwise

There was no toilet paper when we arrived.
There was also a large rat. We blocked the hole with a piece of wood, but then had to listen to the rat chew on the wood all night. We believe he is living under the cabin.
Over all - everything was good and we will be booking the place again.

Great location for winter activities. Cabin was clean and there was plenty of firewood for the stove.

The cabin was great. Very cozy and the perfect home-base for our hunting trip.
The people that were there before us - not so great. They did not refill the wood box, and did not pick up after their dog around the cabin.

Was wonderful having electric lights, a refrigerator and a stove/oven. There is an adequate amount of space with the two rooms. We enjoyed playing some of the games in the closet. It snowed and was so pretty - Our truck was able to drive right to the cabin despite the snow. The only drawback was a pack rat but traps were set. I would recommend this cabin .
