Its been a while since we've stayed here (before the flood). Nice to visit again and to see the place fixed up. Beautiful area, one of the nicest in the state.

Site 14 had very little flat space for a tent, so we had to pitch our 4person dome tent on the asphalt parking pad. Other than that the CG is pleasant and the outhouses were clean.

Site 15 is not too bad, only notable thing is one end of the picnic table is so low to the ground it’s only useable by small kids. The fire pit is a little too deep, if you don’t have a big fire you can’t see the flames. 15 has good shade both morning and afternoon. Parking pad is wide and mostly level. Outhouses were clean. Firewood is for sale by camp host. Rock Creek is beautiful! Enjoyed our stay. Oh yeah, 1st of July and there were NO MOSQUITOES ANYWHERE.

Super clean outhouse, friendly camp host, amazing scenery. At site 2 with a RTT, river noise was a little loud but also nice to listen to. No smell from the nearby outhouse. Felt private. There was an apparent black bear that came through the campground, the camp host stopped by to chat and inform us, which was appreciated.

Site 16 had a good area for a 4-6 person tent. Some of the sites in the campground appeared to have very limited options for tents. The stream is directly out the back of this site. Two main loops in this campground are not to hilly, and good for small kids on bikes. Bathrooms were clean.

Camp Host Dave was incredibly welcoming and informative. There was a bear roaming the campground during our stay and he made sure to come and talk to us as we were parking and setting up the camper that we were aware and able to take necessary precautions. Bathrooms are clean as well as the campsites. No cell service. We watched a young bull moose eating close by our camper early one morning!
