The Nugget RV Resort

We have stopped there twice now and love the place. Great campsite layouts. Nice fire pits. Buy a few logs at reception and enjoy your camping. Clean and friendly. I'm hoping to stop there again this summer.

Stayed here in October, 2025. We had been to this campground before, so check-in was quick and easy. We were escorted to back-in site P8 with FHUs but only 30 AMP. We had specifically booked this site online and wanted to his large site with enough room to put our back patio down. The utilities are pretty much centered on the pad. Water pressure was very good. We got 3 bars on T-Mobile, so we used our T-Mobile Home Internet versus Starlink this site and loop has a lot of mature tree. We got 2 bars on Verizon. Tried to login into the CG WiFi several times, either did not connect or did not see the WiFi for an option to join. They have a nice laundry and camp store. We enjoyed walking our pups on the trails throughout the property. As we were here the first week of October, the campground was not too crowded, which made our stay even nicer.

can't say enough good things about this hidden gem. It's a large camp amongst the trees and the facility is absolutely spotless. It looks like it is prepared to welcome families with children. If you are a biker this camp could be your home base for riding the Hiawatha Trail and also the trail that parallels the interstate. We saw a small burger joint in town. There may be more we didn't see so come prepared to do your own meals. Restrooms were spotless. Definitely would go back.

I would rate this 10 stars, but can only rate a 5. The best RV park we have ever stayed. Sites are well maintained. Views are breathtaking. Camp hosts are awesome!! Our new getaway from it all place!

We spent the weekend here - what a fabulous campground! It's got everything a family or couple could want - games, a pool, entertainment, a store and little Cafe, etc. It is a spotless camp with amazing scenery. Sites are nice and hookups are easy to access. The wifi is iffy - but that's just about the same in every park we've visited this year. We would return for a longer visit for sure.
