Very nice campground in a wonderful setting......Unfortunately, it looks as though there are a number trees marked for removal which will eliminate a lot of shade and open up a few campsites...I assume safety reasons which is understandable....The campground hosts were exceptional and the campground is well maintained....look forward to you next stay

This comment is for who ever is responsible for the new outhouses; they are great but the access needs to be finished! It was a bit muddy at times as the walkways have a gap between their edge and the concrete pad that house sits on. Not handicapped accessible.

The campground was well kept. Restrooms were well tended and the hosts were very friendly. So much fun to kayak on the lake. I was very pleased with how large the camp sites were.

Beautiful campground! Very clean, quiet. There’s barely any cell signal in the campground, but there’s good signal at the lake.

Reserved camping areas were a bit overgrown. Parking is pretty tight for two cars. Hard to find a flat spot for the tent. Close to the lake though!

From I-90 take exit 109 for MT-200 E and travel for 32.3 mi. Turn left onto MT-83 N and travel 14 mi to the town of Seeley Lake, MT. Continue north on Montana Highway 83 for 26.1 mi and turn left into the entrance of Lake Alva Campground.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
