Great campgrounds spaced apart for plenty of space. The most beautiful huge Larch Trees that at just amazing. Bathrooms are flush toilets with sinks and hand dryer. Nicest I have ever seen in a campground. Camp host did a great job keeping them clean and getting campsites ready for new occupants. Beautiful sandy beach area on the lake with boat ramp and parking. Only issue was all the concrete blocks bordering the campsites and making it a bit difficult to get backed into. Will definitely be going back.

The Seeley Lake campground is absolutely beautiful. We love the extra space between one camper to the next. The downside to this campground is the RV parking is very tight. It took us 45 minutes to try and get our 35 ft fifth wheel into its place because they put concrete blocks into the ground, which makes it such a tight squeeze. We almost gave up and left, but we tried one more time and we’re able to do it. It’s unfortunate that they have those in all over the place. Also, they had remodeled and put in a really nice bathroom with running water. There is no hot water and it would’ve been nice if they would’ve included some showers.

Quiet campground (while we were there anyway) with level sites and some flush toilets in addition to several pit toilets. We spent 3 1/2 days there and had a good time.

The sites are beautiful. Lots of space. Weird setup for camp trailers on our site. Barely room to park the trailer and tow vehicle. Would be perfect for an RV though. Bathrooms are clean. Water stations throughout the site. Easy access to the lake.

The Campground is clean and gorgeous with giant old trees, deer and wildlife allover, fishing on seely was slow and I did most my fishing at holland and rainy lakes. Where I caught perch and cutthroat trout on small crankbaits.

The reservation process was complicated, restrictive and not intuitive. The campgrounds had numerous vacancies even though fully booked, so not fully utilized. Our regular sites were booked by several families that showed up days later. We are not fans of the new system.

Note: The Boyscout Bridge in Seeley Lake, Montana is permanently closed. This campground must be accessed from the North entrance of Boyscout Road. The following directions account for this detour:
- From I-90 take exit 109 for MT-200 E and travel for 32.3 mi. Turn left onto MT-83 N and travel 14 mi to the town of Seeley Lake, MT. Continue north on Montana Highway 83 for 5 mi (Passed the Seeley Lake Ranger Station). Turn left onto Boyscout Road. Continue for approximately 4 mi and turn left into the entrance of Seeley Lake Campground.
- For campsites in Loop 1: Take the first right after entering the campground and follow the one-way traffic loop.
- For campsites in Loop 2: Take the first left after entering the campground and follow the one-way traffic loop. Keep right at the fork to access sites 17-26.
- For campsites in Loop 3: Take the first left after entering the campground and follow the one-way traffic loop. Keep left at the fork and continue driving past the Day-Use parking to access sites 27-29.
Highway access
The campground is accessed via MT-200 E from I-90, approximately 32.3 miles away. Travelers then take MT-83 N, which is about 14 miles from the town of Seeley Lake.

General
- The Boyscout Bridge in Seeley Lake, Montana is permanently closed. To access this campground from the town of Seeley Lake, travel north on Montana Highway 83 for five miles (Passed the Seeley Lake Ranger Station). Turn left (west) onto Boyscout Road. Continue for approximately 4 miles and turn left (west) into the entrance of Seeley Lake Campground.
- Bears frequent the area; please store all food and attractants in a locked vehicle, or in a certified bear resistant container. Click here for more information.
- Bear resistant trash and food containers must be closed and secured by users after depositing items. Failure to secure containers could result in a citation.
- Campfires must be completely extinguished before leaving campsite unattended.
- Parking is allowed in the designated parking spur for each campsite only. Vehicles that do not fit will be charged an additional vehicle fee of $5.00 and must park in the day-use area. No parking along roadways.
- This includes external and onboard gas-powered generators.
- No utility hookups are avaliable.
- Dogs must be leashed while in campgrounds. No dogs allowed in swimming beach.
- Access to the campground in the early spring and late fall is closed, roads are not plowed, gate is closed.
