The settings were ok but very much over grown and unkept. The fire rings were also full making it difficult to start a fire .

This was our favorite campground of our vacation. The vault toilets were clean and water easily accessible. Chief Joseph Pass sits on the Idaho-Montana border. There is summer hiking on heavily forested trails. The Colorado trail is accessible but not easy to find. There is a dirt road from the campground to other hiking trails. Beautiful area!

Nice quiet little campground, walking distance to lost trail hot springs and trails. My kids loved it and camp host was so great with my kids giving them ranger activity’s and toys. We loved it!

Campground was great! The signage and GPS made it difficult to find the campground (particularly in the dark)

There should be some advertising for the hot springs next door. We didn't realize they were there until we were leaving

Great spot in the trees. Nice level spots, quiet, very friendly hosts who greeted us warmly on the way in. Probably the absolutely cleanest vault toilets we've ever seen -- granted, just pumped the day before and sanitized, but still an unexpected surprise.
