We stayed in September. The camp ground was quiet, only 2 other campsites were occupied. It sits right next to the Yaak river. It was beautiful and peaceful.
It had bunk beds and table and chairs. You will need to bring all of your supplies just as if you were camping. Bring your own firewood if you do not want to buy it from the camp host.

Simple, clean set up with good fishing. Yurt isn't totaly sealed so plan on mosquitos getting in at night. Campground is clean, quiet and has no cell service....perfect!

This yurt is pretty basic. We were there May 2nd and it was really mildewey, smelt pretty bad and was damp in there. We have a pretty cozy bed in our truck and we chose to sleep there instead. Our reservation said it was on site 9 but it was actually on 10. Close to the river which is nice, good picnic tables and fire pits, toilets were insanely clean. Right off the highway so you hear cars.

Great site. Bathroom was the cleanest we have EVER experienced. Kudos to the site manager.

A simple, quiet getaway in the Yaak valley. We usually prefer to camp in the more private locations such as cabins an lookouts, so we were a little apprehensive about going to a public campground. It was quiet with plenty of space between camp sites. We took our 5 and 3 year old grand children.
They had a great time! (grandma and grandpa too!).
The outhouse was exceptionally clean, by far one of the cleanest that we have seen in a USFS campsite.

Older Yurt with woodrats living under the yurt. Door needs to be replaced. Nice location. I will pitch a tent in same campground the next stay. The campground hosts keep the restrooms sparkling clean and campground well maintained,

We stay at the Yurt every summer and kayak the Yaak. Perfect place to stay and enjoy the surrounding area.
