Great campsite. We spend one night in loop A and one night in loop B. Both sites had lots of trees and privacy. Clean washrooms. Close walk to the beach and stores.

Site was fine. No issues with that. Issue is if your tent camping no place to wash dishes except loop c. I was in loop b. Unacceptable from one of the best NPs around. Outdated bathrooms and showers from the 1960s. This NP should be one of the showpiece of our country and it's terrible. Fishcreek was no better. Same issues.

Camp sites are well spaced and the whole campground is in the middle of beautiful large trees. Such a beautiful area, really close to the Lake McDonald. Site B65 is quite flat and we were able to camp in it with our 28-foot trailer (with side and rear slides). However, beware of some tree stumps that could be in your way and are hard to be seen from the driver's seat (one is right where you might drive when you are parking, could be removed in my opinion). The sani-dump is also good and was not too busy the two times we had to go there.

Beautiful campground! Walking distance to the lake, amphitheater, Apgar visitors center and Apgar Village. The showers were always clean and the bathrooms were sufficient. The only negative comment is - It rained just before we arrived and the bathroom floors stayed muddy the entire time we were there (5 days). Overall, loved this campground.

Surprisingly decent showers. Great distance from the lake. Kinda close to other campsites but you still had your own space
