We loved Apgar! The campground is large but we still felt "remote" in our tent site. The camp was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed being on the west side of the Park (and enjoyed traveling to the east side). Would stay here again!

We were in the tent area and the site was spacious and somewhat secluded. Easy access to the sites of Glacier NP.

Campground was very nice, a little crowded but what can you expect from a public campground. The trees did add some nice cover and decent privacy. Only real complaint was the ground which we put our tent on was quite sand/rocky so I had trouble getting the tent stakes to stay in the ground.

We stayed in loop A early June of 24. The camp hosts were very proactive in insuring all campers were aware of the quiet hours and specific generator hours. I heard no generators operating outside those hours. The host were also very helpful in providing useful information that enhanced our stay. If you are planning an activity beyond the GTTSR check point, get an early start! Pull outs and parking lots at trailheads have limited parking and fill up fast.

Apgar campground was beautiful, and adjacent to the Lake. Large sites, and great pedestrian/bike trail to the Village.

Apgar Campground was fabulous, and the camp hosts were wonderful. The only thing that was frustrating are the driving passes there has got to be a better way to experience Glacier than to be worried about whether or not you are going to be able to drive to different parts of the park to get the full experience
