We loved our stay, so close to the visitors center, village and lake provided daily hikes to. Also, the evening ranger programs at the amphitheater were very enjoyable. We were in a camper but if you're tenting you might have to wait in line for the showers. Otherwise it was very enjoyable.

Our campsite at C143 was roomy and with lots of trees, shrubs, and plants growing between it and other sites. Plenty of room in the pull thru for our truck and 18 ft. trailer. Could pick up cell service with a short walk toward the west. We biked to West Glacier and Fish Camp. Good trails for hiking and biking.

Lovely campground, very helpful staff. Sites are spacious and decent privacy due to trees etc.
Great location near Lake McDonald and short walk to the Apgar Village for an ice cream or a coffee. Short bike ride to the main visitor centre and also trail through to the Main West Glacier Village. A perfect stay for us thank you.
