Insanely over crowded. We ended up leaving because we were 3 feet from four other campers. Absolutely necessary you stop over booking this place. Way way way too many people camping here. Please make this less accessible

Very nice campground. Many sites are somewhat secluded my snowberry brush. Not enough showers (only 3 for hundreds of people) park infrastructure is in need of upgrades. Of the two bathrooms in the section we stayed in one was very run down with only one functioning toilet. The park is absolutely beautiful and awesome. Excellent hiking trails spectacular views everywhere.

We were initially worried about crowds and noise with the campsite being so large, but never experienced any issues. The campsites were spacious and close to both water and the bathrooms. Lots of shade and a short walk to Apgar Village.

Our site was situated rather close to the GTTS road and the steady stream of cars going by early in the morning made the campground seem very busy. Glacier NP itself has become much too busy.

Campsite was clean upon arrival and volunteer hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. Bathrooms were always clean and well stocked, signs around the area were easy to understand. And you can’t beat the views, the hikes, or the lakes!
