Apgar is a great campground within Glacier NP. Excellent Rangers, clean facilities, and the village is a short hike or drive.
Would be nice to have showers in the loops B-E but the current ones were not crowded at the times I used them.
One thing to remember, you will need a timed entry to the Going to the Sun Rd even from the campground on a daily basis.

Beautiful setting. Site was a bit tight for our motorhome (d169). Relatively quiet except for road noise.

We’ve camped at 20+ national Park campgrounds, and this is one of our favorite. It was close to the village and the lake, which are both very busy, but the campground was removed enough to not be bothered by traffic noise. Other campers were quiet, the camp hosts were polite, deer wandered through the site, and the restrooms were clean. Definitely recommend.

The campsite was large and clean and closed to the restroom so little bit of light can come during night but that was okay for us.
Restroom was cleaned and have facilities for the mobile charger and extra space to wash cooking utensils.
Adequate shade was there..

Insanely over crowded. We ended up leaving because we were 3 feet from four other campers. Absolutely necessary you stop over booking this place. Way way way too many people camping here. Please make this less accessible

Very nice campground. Many sites are somewhat secluded my snowberry brush. Not enough showers (only 3 for hundreds of people) park infrastructure is in need of upgrades. Of the two bathrooms in the section we stayed in one was very run down with only one functioning toilet. The park is absolutely beautiful and awesome. Excellent hiking trails spectacular views everywhere.
