The campsite was adequate. The site was surrounded by trees, was relatively flat, and had space/privacy. There are two spots for tents with one including the official/unofficial walkway to the bathroom behind the site. The firepit had a broken cooking grate. The bathroom looked dated but was sufficient. The hand drier failed during my first use and was not repaired during our stay. ***The bathroom did not have showers. We were told the showers were in campground A***

Need an accountability system for people that don’t show. LOTS of empty sites for a park that is booked and almost impossible to get sites for.

Campsites are a good size, largely private and close to bathroom facilities. We camped in the same campground 25 years ago and it's still beautiful.

This site is located in a state park, so you are required to pay for entry on top of camp site fees. Currently non residents are required to pay $100 each person, which is insane. So be aware of this before booking. What looks like a $40 campground could be as much as $500 for a family of 4.

We enjoy staying at Fish Creek. It's out of the way and quiet for the most part. We like the ranger lead programs that they have here too, and of course the scenery is beautiful.
I do have one complaint, and it has been a complaint for some time. If you are booking this site because they have showers, be warned there are only 4 showers for the entire site (loops A, B, C, D), and they are freezing cold. Not just cold at times, like glacier cold. The system cannot keep up with the amount of people wanting a shower. There's often a line. It has been this way since I first came here 9 years ago. It is possible to get warm water if you get up around 5 a.m.
Other than this, the rangers, the view, and the location are all amazing. This site fills up quickly so book around 6 months in advance.

Beautiful campground with helpful hosts. Loop A site was perfect, lots of shade tress, close to showers. Loop B site was too sloped for RV, so host allowed us to switch out for a level site in loop B. Loop B didn't have as dense of shade trees as loop A, but was still very nice. Easy walk from both loops to Fish Creek day use/picnic area along lake shore. No showers in loop B, but easy walk to use loop A showers. Free dump station at campground entrance. Would stay here again.

With only one bathroom in loop a. need to put in parking so its not a 10 minute walk.
