Quiet campground, exactly as described. Friendly staff/hosts. Nice for moto-camping. Conveniently close to West Glacier, but far enough away from the built-up areas to feel secluded. Some very quiet walking trails are nearby off the Inside North Fork road, which is drivable (suv, dual sport/adv) for about 10 mi directly from the campground gate.

No operational bathrooms in the loop I was in, although portapotties were clean. Parking area very small, parallel and directly adjacent to the road. A converted schoolbus was in the campsite in front of my parking area and also had a tight parking area with its back end being within about 8 ft of the front of my van camper. Way too close to be a relaxing camping experience. Won’t stay in C loop again.

This is the second time we stayed at Fish Creek. The camp hosts were amazing. My daughter got hurt and they called in a Ranger to help us. Very sweet people. The site was relatively flat and spacious. Our neighbors were kind. My biggest qualm is the showers are ALWAYS cold (which is no change from 2 years ago). Also signage going down to the amphitheater indicating rough terrain. My daughter rode her bike down it and ended up on her face.

We stayed in this coveted spot during hot July weather. It has great shade, but we actually needed some sun to charge our solar battery. The access to this site was great as we could just carry our SUPs down th hill to paddle. The camp host told us a president once stayed at this spot. The negatives were the neighbors with generators that started them up as soon as generator hours began and the bathroom was dirty. We preferred our spot in the quiet A loop.

We really enjoyed our nights in the generator free A loop. This site had both sun and shade so our solar could charge but our camper didn't get scorching hot inside. The showers are handy as they are only in the A loop bath house. Another feature of A loop is the stairs to the picnic area take you right down to the Lakeside. The ampitheater is nearby also.

Good Campsite, Clean restrooms, only 2 showers in Loop A for the whole campground(the 3rd one was out of order), great check in process. Please note that this campsite does not allow you access the Going to the Sun Road (This is new for this summer).

We stayed in site A26, which was a great site. We had a water at the site, and were close to the restroom and showers. The site also provided excellent shade for most of the day, which was great since it was over 90 degrees for most of our stay. The site also a pull-through car park, which was very handy.
Another perk was the staircase near site A19 that leads down the the lake picnic area. From there, you have direct lake access. So we were able to carry our paddle boards and other gear direcly from our site down to the lake in under two minutes and never have to worry about moving the car.
Nice walk to the ranger program, which was good.
My only complaint is that out of five nights, we only got hot water in the shower once. The other showers were cool or even icy cold. And of the three working showers, two sprayed the cold water at you with intense pressure. My kiddos absolutely hated it.

Absolutely beautiful campground. Even those I was only there 2 days, I saw all sorts of wildlife, even in my campground.
The facilities are super clean. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Location is great! Easy 10-15 walk down to lake McDonald. Close to Apgar Village and Going to the Sun Road. Bathrooms were clean and water/trash receptacles spread out through out campground. Sites are very close to each other and very loud trash truck came before 8am. No showers. There was a nice walking trail in loop B. Really enjoyed B66. B69 was right across from the bathrooms and water spigot so there was a lot of foot traffic, noise and light from the bathrooms in the middle of the night.
